Eric Black

Eric Black is an expert in managerial consulting, Strategy and business development, and AI training for beginners, with a strong focus on attracting small to medium sized business leaders looking to grow revenue or team performance or government organizations desiring to execute new strategic initiatives in a short time period with limited funding requiring a rigorous stage gate process.

His experience spans over 27 years, at a Fortune 50 company 'Cargill Incorporated' and a 60-year-old non-profit social enterprise 'MDI'. Eric has consulted with a large government department looking to build a culture of accountability, a non-profit seeking to build a business development effort for their consulting group, career mapping for a Minnesota Chamber leadership development cohort, a non-profit seeking to develop a national business development effort for their public planning and economic development consulting business. 

Fun Fact: Eric has worked in 16+ countries and his favorite is North Korea.

Tawanna Black

Tawanna Black is a renowned strategist, speaker, and CEO dedicated to advancing equity, economic empowerment, and transformative leadership. As co-founder of Living Truth Enterprises, she leads a Christ-centered consulting firm that partners with leaders across business, philanthropy, and civic sectors to foster purpose-driven impact. With over two decades of experience in nonprofit and corporate leadership, Tawanna has earned a reputation for her visionary approach, helping clients reimagine success through a lens of faith, justice, and community transformation.

Tawanna is also widely recognized for her work in promoting racial equity and economic inclusion. Her leadership as the founder of the Center for Economic Inclusion helped catalyze a national movement for inclusive economic growth and competitiveness to build racial wealth equity. She has helped thousands of leaders employ purposeful leadership solutions to build healthier organizations and communities. Known for her insightful guidance and integrity, Tawanna supports clients in navigating complex challenges and unlocking their potential to lead with purpose and compassion.

As an author, speaker, and trusted advisor, Tawanna offers impactful insights that resonate with leaders and faith-based communities alike.
